On October 24th, 2026, Belém Tower — one of Portugal's most iconic landmarks — becomes the setting for the inaugural edition of Dinner of The Year.

For one night, the monument is reimagined as the stage for a bespoke production built around lighting design, live performances and immersive storytelling. This is not a formal tasting menu shared in silence. It is a spectacular dinner show, full of surprises, where entertainment runs through every course of the evening.

This year's edition is guided by a special theme: Two Shores, One Ocean — a narrative that shapes the menu, the atmosphere and the story told throughout the night.

At the heart of it all, seven world-class chefs come together to create a single collaborative menu inspired by Portugal's culinary heritage. Three of Portugal's leading chefs — Henrique Sá Pessoa, Rui Paula and Noélia Jerónimo — host four internationally renowned names: Claude Troisgros, Jéssica Trindade and Rodrigo Oliveira, from Brazil, and Michael Schwartz, from Miami.

Dinner of The Year is, by design, an invitation-only experience. Guests join a community of business leaders, entrepreneurs, creators, tastemakers and cultural figures — gathered not around a table alone, but around an idea: that gastronomy, culture and entertainment belong together.
